      Regular preventive maintenance is probably the single thing you can do as a car owner, especially that of German manufacturing, to keep your ride happy and save money on repairs in the future. Anyone who’s ever worked on cars or spent a ton of money getting their car repaired will tell you: Don’t ignore preventive maintenance. The basics, like changing your oil, checking your tire pressure, and getting scheduled inspections and work done are like getting regular checkups at the doctor. They keep you healthy and give you—and the experts—a chance to catch anything serious before it becomes a major problem with your car, that can save you thousands.

PARTS POLICY

​

    We use high quality, German, aftermarket parts. In many cases with European vehicles, aftermarket parts are not available or easily attainable therefore we may have to opt for OEM parts from the dealer. There are circumstances where we even recommend OEM dealer parts over their aftermarkets (yes even the German ones). Over the years we have learned when it is necessary and when it is not. Often it really is just a waste of money, many aftermarket parts are built up to par with, and even exceed OEM quality. We have good relationships with quality Euro parts suppliers.  YOU WILL SAVE $$ ON OUR PARTS TOO!! UNLIKE 95%+ OF SHOPS AND DEALERS OUT THERE WE DO NOT TRY AND MAKE A TON OF MONEY ON PARTS SO WE DO NOT DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHARGE FOR PARTS. 

    If cash is super tight, we do offer an economy option for parts. As long as its not of a safety concern, we will offer even cheaper aftermarket parts of less quality upon request but without warranty. Also we will install customer purchased parts but without warranty as well and an acknowledgement waiver signed by the customer to legally free us of any liability. If the customer purchases the part(s) and it turns out to be the wrong part we will still expect to be compensated for our time, meeting a minimum if it has not done so to that point.

*** SPECIALTY  KEY & CONTROL MODULE SERVICES ***

KEY PROGRAMMING - For any F or E chassis BMW we can program a key for you. weather spare, or you have an all-keys-lost situation on your hands. for a solid price, we will be able to make you a key or multiple! ALSO we can virginize used BMW keys and reprogram to another vehicle.. so if you have any old keys laying around don't throw them away! 

CAS1,2,3,4/FEM/BDC REPLACEMENT - no exterior/interior lights? windows don't work, etc.? If you have applicable E chassis, the FEM module sometimes glitches out the Flash Files stored within. We may be able to fix the Flash Files, and If not, there is no need to buy a brand new module. Do not listen to what other shops say, we have the ability to re-flash a used module with eeprom and/or flash files to match your vehicle, change the VIN and ISN within the used module to match your vehicle also (called cloning). SAVE YOURSELF $100s or $1000++ and call us!

DME, EWS, EGS - Used module swapping, coding, and reprogramming (cloning) as well save yourself the most money on these repair with us.

MILEAGE CORRECTION - E and F chassis. Swapped a used instrument cluster in your car? Think your mileage is off? Need to change it? We can do it. WITH LEGAL INTENT ONLY  **

mileage manipulation is a federal offense if done with the wrong intent and we will not get in trouble for you.

****For many other vehicle manufacturers we can also clone control modules for mostly various ENGINE control modules but a few body and transmission modules as well as some various other. Please give us a call before you go spend $1000s and we can find out if you can save most of that!

 $80/hour flat-rate* for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI, and VW 

$90/hour flat-rate* for Porsche

*** WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ***

​

    -  *FLAT-RATE  is the industry standard for automotive repair when it comes to charging for work performed. every job possible has an industry standard book-time, and this is the way every single repair company charges from shops to dealers. Example:  A particular job might be 2.5 hours on the books, that's the time any honest shop charges, weather the technician can do it in 1.5 or 3.5 hours, the customer gets charged 2.5 hours. Often shops, and especially dealerships, hike these book times up to get paid even more. 

    - A $20 travel fee is added to every job. This fee goes towards gas and maintenance on our mobile workshop!

    - Euro Pirate charges for diagnosis, however, half of the diagnosis cost WILL BE credited towards the repair. Most diagnosis' fall under the standard rate of 1 Hour.   

    - This is a by-appointment business model. After diagnosis, if the issue at hand requires parts, or more than 1-2 hours of labor, a separate appointment will have to be made for repair. 

    - We service multiple clients per day and do our best to keep things moving efficiently for everyone but sometimes there are unexpected things that happen on the job and we may be early or late to appointments, however we always keep our clients updated on our status. 

    - We are also NOT AN EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE. If you have an emergency the best option is to have the vehicle towed to a safe location and schedule an appointment. 

    - WE WILL NOT WORK ON GRAVEL OR STEEP SLOPES if the vehicle needs to be lifted. This is a very dangerous situation.  

    - Any engines larger than an inline-6 cannot be removed or interchanged. No SUV engines can be removed or interchanged.

    - ANY VEHICLE OVER 15 YEARS BE WARNED. rust from road salt, and/or cumulative years of potential neglect can easily turn a 2 hour job into a 4+ hour job. That means more money.
